The Culture Marketing team is committed to enhancing brand relevance by implementing programs that promote creativity within communities centered around music, dance, art, and social innovation. The Culture Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting and leading the development and execution of culture-focused marketing initiatives within their region. Through events, collaborations with artists, and partnerships with influencers, the Manager will foster local and regional brand affinity while adhering to global strategies. This role involves planning, executing, and managing projects that establish meaningful connections between the brand and the creative community, with direct reporting to the Director of Marketing.
Identify regional opportunities in cultural marketing and contribute to strategic business planning.
Lead or support the development and execution of regional marketing activations, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
Serve as the expert on local cultural trends, maintaining a strong understanding of what resonates within local communities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as sales, event logistics, media networks, and field marketing) to ensure smooth execution of events.
Assist in creating innovative concepts and communication tools to engage stakeholders effectively.
Manage or assist in the implementation of the annual Culture Marketing business plan, encompassing Red Bull-branded and third-party events.
Ensure that events are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with brand guidelines.
Take part in project kick-off meetings, post-event evaluations, and recaps to establish and measure success.
Work in collaboration with Brand, Media Network, and Partnership teams to identify opportunities for amplifying events and related projects.
Create and execute targeted marketing strategies to effectively support event objectives.
Develop and sustain strong relationships with local artists, opinion leaders, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and encourage product trials.
Recognize locally significant artist stories and cultural events that align with the brand's core values.
Cultivate and maintain a robust network within the local cultural community to stay informed about emerging trends and key figures.
Take the lead or provide support in resource management to ensure the successful execution of all projects, events, and marketing initiatives.
Oversee the budget for regional culture marketing programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a favorable return on investment (ROI) for each project.
3-5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lifestyle, experiential, and culture-related marketing.
Possess a strong understanding of both traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies.
Experienced in event production, particularly for live music and other culture-related events.
Proven track record in managing projects from conception to execution, including effective budget management.
Well-versed in regional and national cultural trends and scenes.
Excellent skills in collaboration, communication, and project management.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in creative, fast-paced environments while working with multiple stakeholders.
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $85,360 to $128,040 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
