To facilitate continued growth, we are expanding our Global Sales Analytics team and are looking for an ambitious Analytics Project Manager. The Red Bull Sales Analytics department runs the global applications for reporting, planning and self-service analytics. In a sales context (store audition, volume generation, orders growth, market share, competitors and customer analysis), we are searching for a perfect fit to upscale the team's capacity to deliver high-quality services.
In this role, you'll lead challenging BI sales projects and act as the point of contact for the corresponding business departments, manage relationships with stakeholders, coordinate a team of external consultants and take responsibility for the project budget.
You will work with modern data technologies, including BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, SAP Data Intelligence, and front-end tools like SAP Analytics Cloud — while also gaining exposure to emerging platforms such as Snowflake and Google BigQuery in a continuously growing analytics landscape.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, preferably within the FMCG sector.
University degree in Computer Science/ Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
Very good English language skills (written and spoken) are mandatory, German is an advantage.
Solid expertise in SAP BW/BI/BW4HANA is essential.
Exposure to modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) is considered a plus.
Interest and hands-on experience in Sales and IT processes, reporting, and working with relevant data sets.
Understanding of key Sales KPIs, customer insights, sales performance, and analytics concepts; experience integrating external data sources (e.g., store level data, FMCG tools and devices).
Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills; able to navigate complex processes and proactively address risks.
Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of successfully delivering and rolling out analytical applications.
Demonstrated ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders across both business and IT functions, including senior leadership.
Proactive, self-driven team player with high adaptability in fast-paced and evolving environments.
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
