  • Create solutions based on best-in-class technologies that fit the purpose.
  • Drive solutions to the company`s benefit in alignment with the global IT strategy.

HQ AND MARKET BUSINESS PARTNERING

  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in HQ IT, HQ Sales department and local subsidiaries.
  • Drive cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with internal standards and compliance requirements - including data integration, IT controlling, sales controlling, and data quality governance.
  • Plan and manage the effective allocation of budget resources to specific market requirements.

Service Ownership

  • Take full ownership of specific IT services throughout their entire lifecycle — from design and implementation to continuous improvement and support.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, preferably within the FMCG sector.

University degree in Computer Science/ Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.

Very good English language skills (written and spoken) are mandatory, German is an advantage.

Solid expertise in SAP BW/BI/BW4HANA is essential.

Exposure to modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) is considered a plus.

Interest and hands-on experience in Sales and IT processes, reporting, and working with relevant data sets.

Understanding of key Sales KPIs, customer insights, sales performance, and analytics concepts; experience integrating external data sources (e.g., store level data, FMCG tools and devices).

Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills; able to navigate complex processes and proactively address risks.

Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of successfully delivering and rolling out analytical applications.

Demonstrated ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders across both business and IT functions, including senior leadership.

Proactive, self-driven team player with high adaptability in fast-paced and evolving environments.
