The Regional KAM is responsible for the development of the Modern Trade channel across the CASA region (Central America, Andean Region, Caribbean) by implementing Red Bull's sales strategy. This includes managing and developing regional and local key accounts in collaborating with local KAMs, identifying top growth opportunities, creating business cases, managing financials, and aligning promotional calendars to meet sales and financial targets.
The Regional Key Account manager is a challenging, hands-on regional leader and team player who sets clear expectations and plans to reach the aggressive goals, who is able to build strong strategic customer relationships and to collaborate within the company cross-functionally and internationally.
