We are currently looking for a (Junior) Key Account Manager who will help develop our brand in the selected sales channel. Join us and shape the future of Red Bull in Poland, working in an environment full of energy and possibilities.

Job Description

Sales and Strategy:

  • Creating and implementing sales strategies and maximizing the visibility of Red Bull products in the assigned sales channel (including e-commerce or new business), which will translate into the achievement of sales goals and brand recognition.
  • Developing and implementing promotional plans that increase customer engagement.
  • Effective budget management.
  • Monitoring sales results, analyzing the effectiveness of cooperation with partners, and implementing optimization actions.

Partner Relations:

  • Negotiating terms of cooperation and concluding commercial agreements that benefit both parties.
  • Building long-term business relationships with partners to achieve common business goals.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborating with internal departments, such as brand marketing, trade marketing, operations, and controlling.
  • Constant contact with the Red Bull headquarters in Austria.

Market Analysis:

  • Tracking trends, identifying new business opportunities, and proposing innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Must-have:

  • Higher education, preferably in commercial fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 1 year in e-commerce, new business, or trade marketing.
  • Documented successes in planning, negotiating, and implementing business strategies.
  • Independence, proactivity, and a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and develop business relationships.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written).

Nice-to-have:

  • Knowledge of e-commerce tools and Marketplace platforms (experience with Allegro is a plus).
