Junior Field Marketing Manager West

As Junior Field Marketing Manager West, you are part of a regionally anchored, dynamic marketing team that makes the brand perception of Red Bull tangible in the everyday lives of consumers. Field marketing combines brand strategy with local implementation and creates consumer experiences through events, campaigns, sampling actions, and targeted activations.

In your role, you support the Senior Field Marketing Manager West in implementing the global and national marketing strategy in the region. You contribute significantly to expanding brand awareness, visibility, and consumer reach, and develop and manage local measures along the marketing mix. The position is limited to 12 months.

You are responsible for the Student Marketeer Program in the Western region and take over the conception, management, and control of all marketing and sales activities. Your focus is on ensuring product availability, increasing visibility, and raising brand awareness both in the region and on campus. To achieve this, you define clear regional goals and communicate them to the Student Marketeer team. You also ensure that national marketing strategies are implemented in the region while taking regional specifics into account. Furthermore, you support the Senior Field Marketing Manager and the national Field & Student Marketing Team in the day-to-day business as well as in the business planning process.

You are responsible for the strategic development and management of the relevant playgrounds in the Western region, with a particular focus on the Ruhr area. With great attention to detail, you ensure that 3rd-party events, activations, and Red Bull projects are implemented in a high-quality manner and reach the relevant target groups optimally. Thanks to your pronounced "hands-on" mentality, you tackle tasks proactively and ensure that every consumer experience with the brand is positive. Careful reporting, regular analyses, and conscientious budget management form the basis for you to continuously develop and optimize projects. You always move within the predefined budget limits and actively identify savings potentials for your region. Through structured working methods and efficient coordination, you ensure a smooth process when using existing tools such as the fleet or the warehouses. In addition, you use relevant and valuable cooperations with other brands, organizations, and networks to achieve positive synergy effects and act efficiently. You also proactively promote cross-departmental cooperation and create synergies with all relevant counterparts.

You support the Senior Field Marketing Manager in the creation of the annual business plan for your region and use cross-departmental cooperation to effectively bring together all relevant goals for the coming year. With your excellent understanding of consumer needs and the market environment, you develop local field marketing ideas, implement them, and control their impact. Furthermore, you continuously create an environment in which innovative concepts can emerge, always keeping an eye on the relevant digital and social media channels. Creative ideas and their successful integration into the marketing mix drive you. These arise both in the business plan phase and through the early recognition of current opportunities that you use to implement extraordinary projects or smart measures successfully.

You define individual annual goals for each Student Marketeer and continuously review them to ensure a sustainable and targeted development. Selecting and training the right team members is a great joy for you and has the highest priority for you. Through ongoing coaching, you ensure that the Student Marketeer team are authentic representatives and strong communicators of the brand. A transparent exchange and constructive feedback are important to you in order to optimally anchor the brand and individually promote each team member. In doing so, you act as a true role model, live the Red Bull values, and positively influence others through your motivating and inspiring manner.

Qualifications include a completed higher education degree, fluent German and English in speech and writing, living the Red Bull brand, identifying with the content and consuming our products, interest in sports, fitness, culture, and lifestyle, first professional experience and/or diverse practical experience in marketing, desire to gain first experiences in personnel management, strategic thinking with a passion for getting things done in the region, being a "connector" with excellent communication and networking skills, strong planning, budgeting, and project management skills as well as analytical abilities, handling multiple tasks simultaneously without any problem, and working in cross-functional teams with different goals and personalities.
