Field Sales Account Specialist Santiago
The position of Field Sales Account Specialist is responsible for leading the development and implementation of execution strategies at the point of sale. This includes effective strategic planning, optimal allocation of resources and materials, and building strong relationships with store managers. Additionally, the role requires the identification of creative solutions to face daily operational challenges that affect both our customers and our distributor partner. The main objective is to improve execution indicators, thereby driving an increase in sales of the channel under its management.
EXECUTION
The Field Sales Account Specialist will be responsible for creating the execution plan for their area of influence and its development during the quarter, through negotiations with each of the stores. They will also need to involve the distributor team (Distribution Partner) and the merchandising agency to ensure a perfect execution of the point of sale.
TRAINING
The Field Sales Account Specialist is responsible for training the merchandising team on the concepts of "Perfect Store" and execution negotiation. The training will be carried out through quarterly meetings and training routes.
RELATIONSHIP
To be the point of contact for facilitating negotiations and implementing strategic plans for chains of stores and supermarkets.
Requirements:
- Maximum 1 year of experience in the commercial area
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Intermediate/advanced Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ideal knowledge in Power BI
- Current driver's license (involves 70% of work on the ground).
- Excellent interpersonal relationships.
