The bouncers greet you with a handshake and a smile? The owners of the best bars and clubs address you informally? The motto "One For All And All For One" resonates with you? If so, you are a musketeer!

The "off-premises" is a strategic circuit for our brand, offering the formidable opportunity to showcase our products and reach our consumers in their daily lives. Within this division (called On Premise), you animate and develop a portfolio of clients in your sector that you know inside out, all while ensuring the proper application of Red Bull France's quality standards. True experts in sales and indispensable consultants for the points of sale, you reference our products (Red Bull and Organics), activate sales, and participate in the development of new consumption habits. As a Musketeer and urban entrepreneur, you follow and support a wide portfolio of points of sale (cafés, hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs, and QSR). A weekly evening tour (bars) and a weekly night tour (clubs) are to be carried out on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Description Of The Role

RESPECT AND APPLY THE COMMERCIAL POLICY DEFINED IN THE CHR CIRCUIT

As a trusted commercial partner, you manage and develop around 400 clients to follow in the sector defined by the Regional Director. You build alliances; you identify, capture, and update all Red Bull clients and prospects in the database (internal reporting tool) in a rigorous and precise manner. You activate the entire client base based on priority indicators (KPI's). You ensure and secure the exclusive presence of our products and the proper execution of our resale method. A true negotiator, you guarantee the best strategic location for our coolers in the points of sale, and recommend their adequate number in the establishment based on product rotation analyses.

SECURE OUR HIGH POTENTIAL ESTABLISHMENTS AND DEVELOP THE CLIENT PORTFOLIO

Your role is to strengthen and maintain long-term professional relationships with established clients and create new alliances with key influencers and sector experts. You negotiate and perpetuate our commercial agreements (20/80). Through effective prospecting, you develop the clientele of B to C establishments (according to the Red Bull classification), in close collaboration with wholesale distributors. You remain attentive to new opportunities, which you gain for Red Bull. You create and maintain a network of decision-makers in your circuit, by propagating the affinity and enthusiasm for Red Bull.

MAXIMIZE SALES WITH EXISTING CLIENTS USING OUR QUALITY STANDARDS

Making each appointment with your clients the highlight of their day, you visit an average of 7 to 12 clients per day, including 5 seated appointments ("appointments"), with a measurable and profitable objective, always in line with the annual strategy and objectives set. Observant, you negotiate and activate the best brand positioning on the cards and menus of the establishments. In compliance with Red Bull standards, you implement the ingenious "Perfect Serve" service method for all clients. Recognized for your insightful reflections and strategic considerations, you ensure the activation of consumption around a Red Bull product offering. You relay this "consumption activation" through communication supports tailored to the establishment, in order to reach consumers (tabletop displays, luminous displays, TV screens, slates, etc.). An indispensable commercial advisor, you make every effort to seize and activate all development opportunities with clients, through specific key moments and to promote the recruitment of new consumers, but also to retain our core target and customers.

BE AN AMBASSADOR FOR THE BRAND AND THE PRODUCT

Put your unique personality at the service of our high-end and premium brand. Make the brand come alive in the trendiest cafes and bars, the best clubs in the city, the biggest festivals (local and national), and the most private and exclusive events. Demonstrate excellence and assume the responsibility for the visibility and availability of our products wherever you go. An excellent communicator, you relate the history and values of the brand to your clients and prospects. Through your actions, you activate the product profitably at local events and in support of national events.

Qualifications

Knowledge of CHR and desired experience within this circuit. Mastery of different distribution networks. Entrepreneurial spirit. Negotiation skills. Autonomy and rigor. Relationship skills, open-mindedness. Good sales aptitude. Good prospecting aptitude. Listening & diplomacy. Force of proposal. Adaptability to change. Commercial training Bac to Bac+4/5. Driving license B mandatory.
