A job that keeps you at your desk all day is not for everyone. Our Sales Activators seek to enter the world of field sales and merchandising with a great passion for the sales area. They enjoy being in contact with customers from the retail, gas station, and gaming sectors and take things into their own hands.
We do not expect a typical resume from our Sales Activators, but rather full conviction for what they do – this is what allows us to give them and their careers wings. The varied full-time job, initially limited to two years, offers the opportunity to unleash your creativity in an ambitious, reliable team and in close exchange with the local Field Sales Managers!
THE TASKS IN THE OUTLET
A "perfect outlet" means for us the presentation of the Red Bull brand in the best possible way. For this, our Sales Activators work with the Perfect Store concept, which supports them in the implementation and execution of national key account agreements. Here, our Sales Activators get involved and ensure that the stores they take care of are adequately supplied with energy and the distribution at all points of sale is secured. The Sales Activators therefore have a great deal of responsibility – because through them, there is no way for our consumers to bypass the can at the point of sale.
KEEPING THE CUSTOMERS IN VIEW
Our Sales Activators contribute significantly to the company's success by taking care of our existing customers on their tours. But they are also not afraid of new challenges and help us to win new customers and expand our distribution.
PROMOTION & NETWORK
"Networking" is a keyword for each of our Sales Activators. Through their pronounced communication and sales skills, they independently carry out agreed promotional activities and agreements, thus boosting our sales figures.
