The Feature Engineering organization is looking for an individual to join one of our new software development teams across Payments, Billing & Invoicing, and Subscription Management in Medellin, Colombia. This individual must have a broad understanding of technology systems, a thoughtful approach to communication, and understands how elegant software can contribute to business outcomes.

This role requires a strong and professional experience working in languages and frameworks such as Ruby on Rails and Golang, have the desire to lead, design, and implement features in Rails applications, be able to turn complex business requirements into elegant and maintainable code, have experience creating stable and reliable integrations between separate business systems, and like making a measurable impact on the business and consistently seek to drive business value through technological solutions.
