Recurly is looking for a high-impact Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team in Medellín. At a $50M+ revenue business, our CRM is more than just a database; it is the operating system for our growth. This role goes beyond day-to-day administration and requires someone who will ensure our complex integrations are bulletproof, our automated workflows are scalable, and our "Lead-to-Cash" lifecycle is optimized for high-velocity SaaS operations.
Strategic Architecture: Design and implement complex configurations including Flow, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, and Advanced Formulas.
GTM Partnership: Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and improve business processes & optimize the lead-to-cash lifecycle.
Process Automation: Move beyond simple updates. You'll audit existing workflows and build robust, automated processes that reduce friction for our reps.
Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting issues and resolving system incidents efficiently.
Integrations Management: Manage tools connected to Salesforce (e.g., Gong). Support platform releases, system updates, testing, and deployment of new functionality.
System Reliability: Conduct regular "Health Checks" to proactively identify and resolve technical debt, failing syncs, or automation bottlenecks.
The "Why" Expert: When a stakeholder asks for a new field or tool, your first question is: "How does this affect our reporting and downstream systems?"
