We are looking for a Production Support Engineer, Services to join our professional Service team in Iisalmi Service Center, Finland. You will be a valuable member of our Service Design and Sales Support Engineering team. In your role, you are responsible for production support, the Rebuild concept's offering process development, as well as being a coordinator between production and design engineering. The Rebuild concept includes already used machine repair, reconditioning, and remanufacturing. Your main focus will be on production support and the Rebuild concept’s process and studies development. You will also be involved in the development of new Service Products and engineering processes and customer projects. Projects are related to used Normet equipment delivered to the global mining and tunneling market. The work will require presence at the Service Center in Iisalmi, Finland.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

• Production support for Service Center Finland production
• Rebuild concept’s offering engineering through engineering studies and structure creations
• Rebuild concept’s offering development from engineering side
• Coordination between production and design teams
• Creating and updating repair structures in PLM
• Making technical documentation updates such as installation instructions, spare parts, and instruction manuals

To shine in this position, we hope you:

• Have previous experience in production support or mechanical/electrical/hydraulic design
• Have a technical background and understanding of underground mining/tunneling/machinery/mobile equipment industry
• Have the right attitude to work in a global network of people with different personalities and cultural backgrounds
• Have a can-do and results-driven attitude
• Are willing to take responsibility and ownership
• Have good analytical and coordination skills
• Have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in technology or engineering
• Have good communication skills in Finnish and English – written and spoken
• Have previous user experience or ability to learn MS Office tools, Microsoft D365 ERP, Sovelia (PLM) efficiently. Zuken E3 and Autodesk Inventor experience is an advantage
