Job Title

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 6-8 Years

Industry: Mining Equipment, Construction Equipment or Material Handling Equipment.

Objective of the Role

The primary objective of the role is to design the machine or sub system by using engineering tools example Autodesk INVENTOR, VAULT, Sovelia & MATLAB.

Job Responsibility / KRA

• Machine Design – Integration, 3D CAD Modelling & 2D Documentation/Drawings of heavy steel weldments in Autodesk Inventor.
• BOM Management.
• Working with cross functional teams - inter & intra department.
• Proto & Production feedback handling.
• Design calculations for Stability of Equipment's using MATLAB.

Competencies (which are required for performing the above tasks)

• Hands on design experience on heavy equipment.
• Skills – 3D CAD Modelling & error free 2D Drawings. Integration & Welding symbols knowledge.
• Abilities- Good communication & exposure of working with global teams.
• Good understanding on vehicle kinematics and welded structure strength.
• Relevant work experience- 6 to 8 Years.

Main interactions of the role- Group of other Design Engineers, Sourcing team, Proto & testing team, Production team & sometimes with suppliers also.

Education Qualification- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering (Min)
