We are hiring a Growth Operations Manager, a critical role on our Demand Generation team. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the systems, data infrastructure, and automation that fuel our growth engine.
You'll own the marketing tech stack, ensure clean and reliable data flows between platforms, and enable scalable campaign execution. This role is deeply cross-functional, working with Marketing, Product, Data, and Revenue Operations to operationalize campaigns, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance visibility into performance. This is a hybrid role, based out of our Toronto, Ontario office (located downtown in the Core). 2 days a week in the office is expected.
