Area Sales Manager - Zona Centro

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager for Zona Centro (2-5 years of experience) to join a leading company in the distribution of construction materials and industrial supplies, in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.

Location: Madrid, Corredor del Henares

Modality: On-site + mobility in the region (Zona Centro)

Mission of the position:

Develop the business in the Zona Centro, managing an active portfolio of B2B clients and generating new opportunities in the channels of hardware, distribution, construction warehouses, and large DIY/GSB surfaces.

Functions:

  • Execute the commercial strategy in the assigned region (Community of Madrid and surroundings)
  • Manage, develop, and retain the portfolio of B2B clients (construction warehouses, distributors, industrial supplies, and GSB channel accounts)
  • Identify new business opportunities and growth in the area
  • Analyze the competitive environment, market trends, and sector evolution
  • Monitor commercial KPIs (sales, margin, quota)
  • Participate in the negotiation of agreements, commercial conditions, and promotional plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Operations)
  • Prepare activity reports, forecasts, and results

Profile:

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales / business development / KAM
  • Mandatory previous experience in distribution, construction materials, industrial supplies
  • Solid knowledge of the channel: hardware, warehouses, distribution, or GSB
  • Experience in managing professional clients and key accounts
  • Handling of CRM tools and commercial data analysis

What is valued:

  • Experience in coordination or supervision of commercial teams
  • Specific knowledge of the GSB (Large DIY Surface) channel
  • Intermediate level of English
