As a result of our Transformation Plans for organic and targeted business growth in 2026, we are looking for a Senior National Account Manager who can bring insight, influence, and executional excellence to one of our biggest retail partners.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the inimitable Jessica Christopher (National Business Manager - Woolworths), this pivotal role leads the end-to-end Woolworths relationship — delivering profitable growth, driving customer activation, and shaping joint business plans that bring our brand and category vision to life.

You'll be the commercial powerhouse behind the account, influencing across marketing, eCommerce, finance, supply chain, category and operations to deliver results that matter.

You will be stepping into a small but mighty team of high-performing, commercially savvy and innovative sales creatives who are changing the way our customers deliver fresher nutrition to our pet-loving community around Australia.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Woolworths relationship – Drive strategic growth through insight-led account planning and collaboration.
  • Lead with numbers and influence – Build robust forecasts, manage spend and deliver profitability through smart pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Activate and innovate – Execute winning joint business plans and category activations that align with brand and retailer strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration – Partner closely with marketing, category, and operations to bring innovation and execution excellence to market.
  • Mentor and inspire emerging Sales Executives – whilst this role doesn't have direct reports, we have a culture of situational leadership, and you will have the opportunity to model behaviours that foster a culture of growth, inclusivity, and performance excellence.
  • Champion commercial rigour – Manage claims, terms, trade spend and promotional ROI with precision and insight.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in National or Senior Account Management within FMCG, ideally with Woolworths or other large Retailer. Pet Specialty is welcome!
  • Deep understanding of the Australian eCommerce and retail landscape, including what drives online and in-store conversion.
  • A natural influencer and relationship builder – confident challenging the status quo and negotiating outcomes that drive mutual growth.
  • Commercially astute, data-driven and detail-oriented, with exceptional numeracy and analytical ability.
  • Skilled across cross-functional engagement, bringing together marketing, supply chain, finance, and category teams to deliver results.
  • Previous exposure to new business development, category management, or digital marketing will be highly regarded.
  • A commercially curious nature with a passion to develop your career in Sales!
