Retention bonuses: +3 months $250, +6 months $500, +9 months $750, +12 months $1000.
Learn our safety and quality procedures. Build a variety of skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds.
This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards. You start training on the day shift working 8 hr. shift after training is complete will transfer to weekend night shift.

- Ability to operate power equipment
- Ability to work as a team and independently with little supervision; teamwork

- Ability to follow instructions
- Complete other duties as assigned as required by the needs of the business
