Production Labor

Production labor with Real Alloy offers a great starting wage of $23.40/hr. Scheduled increases and skills training plan are available. Learn our safety and quality procedures. Build a variety of skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds.

This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards. Training will be on day shift working 8.25 hours M-F, then transition to rotating schedule.
