- The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in generating new opportunities and pipeline for the sales team by qualifying inbound and outbound leads - Responsibilities include strategic prospecting, account-based selling tactics, and conducting thorough discovery to identify potential needs of prospects - The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams, maintaining accurate lead qualification information in the CRM application, and contributing to strategic sales approaches - Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in North America, participate in team bonding activities, and receive support for home office setup - The position may require travel for certain customer, industry, or company events and engagements as necessary

- 0-3 years of professional experience in a CRM environment, preferably with higher education or software sales experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and organization - Ability to actively listen, show curiosity, and demonstrate grit and persistence - Comfortable engaging in conversations with decision makers and senior leaders in higher education institutions - Excited to help shape the future of the college experience and contribute to student success
