We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Service Administrator to join our dynamic team at our Lismore branch! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the backbone of a successful service team. As our Service Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in a workshop or dealership setting, whether that's in Parts, Stores, Service Advising, Warranty, or General Administration. If you're highly organised, detail-oriented, and love working collaboratively, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You'll Be Doing

As a Service Administrator, you will:

  • Open/close jobs, parts and timesheet allocation to jobs and invoicing
  • Follow up of post warranty and service work
  • Planning of job schedules & booking workshop jobs
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable processing
  • Debtor/Creditor management
  • Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Prior service / administration experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Professional presentation
  • Forklift licence (desired)
