Are you passionate about solving tech problems and delivering exceptional customer service? As an IT Service Desk Level 1, you'll be the go-to hero for our team, providing fast, friendly, and effective support. If you love troubleshooting, clear communication, and making technology work for people, this role is for you!

What You'll Be Doing

As an IT Service Desk you will:

  • Be the First Point of Contact – Act as the friendly face (and voice!) of IT support, helping users via phone, email, chat, or the self-service portal
  • Solve Everyday Tech Challenges – Tackle password resets, account setups, and basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
  • Keep Things Moving – Log and manage all incidents in the ticketing system, prioritizing requests and tracking them through to resolution
  • Escalate When Needed – Know when to pass complex issues to Level 2 support, ensuring a smooth handover and great customer experience
  • Communicate Like a Pro – Provide clear updates, manage expectations, and keep users informed every step of the way
  • Document & Improve – Record solutions, create knowledge base articles, and contribute to continuous improvement of IT services
  • Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring:

• Tech-Savvy Mindset – Comfortable with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and basic troubleshooting.

• Qualifications – Degree or equivalent experience in IT or business, plus the right to work in Australia.
