What You'll Be Doing As an IT Support Officer, you will be:

• Receiving, triaging, and resolving incidents relating to windows and web applications, business systems, networking issues, end user computers, desk phones, headsets, mobile devices etc and escalating as required
• Following standard operating procedures to carry out request fulfillment including staff administration and new equipment requests
• Imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals and shipping them to our various locations
• Assets management including records keeping, tracking assets through their lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning and auditing
• Be part of the rotating on-call roster
• Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
• Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has:

• Diploma or higher in an information technology field
• Experience working as an IT Service Desk Specialist
• Strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication
• Must be comfortable working in fast-paced and high pressured situations
• Practical application of a broad range of Microsoft 365 software application functions and technologies would be advantageous
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers, fellow work colleagues, and management
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills with the ability to think on your feet
• Valid driver's license
• Safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
• A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
