Living Legends Health is seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Assistant Food Service Director to support our network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. This role plays a key part in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for residents while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do:

• Assist Regional Food Service Director in overseeing food service operations across multiple facilities
• Support menu planning, dietary compliance, and resident satisfaction initiatives
• Travel regularly to Living Legends facilities to provide training, support, and oversight
• Collaborate with facility leadership and dietary teams to maintain consistency and excellence
• Help manage budgets, purchasing, and vendor relationships
• Mentor and develop Food Service Managers and staff to ensure success and growth

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of food service management experience (healthcare/long-term care strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of state and federal dietary regulations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel regularly to facilities within the Living Legends network (Valid NYS Drivers license)
