Job Responsibilities:

1. Assisting Project Manager in daily routine tasks
2. Raising purchase requisition and processing of invoices for payment to vendors.
3. Scheduling and recording minutes for relevant meetings and coordinating their distribution.
4. Assisting Project Managers with internal and inter-department communication and coordination on projects of various sizes.
5. Identify process optimization opportunities and work with developers to implement automated pipelines.
6. Helping project teams up-to-date with the latest information related to on-going projects and keeping track of the project progress.
7. Extracting and generating reports from various databases periodically for the team.
8. Periodically updating documentation in Confluence.

• Good knowledge or willingness to familiarize themselves with Microsoft Office, Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent organizational skills and a passion for maintaining high levels of organization tasks and processes.
• The ability to respond to conflicting deadlines, work independently and self-manage your time.
• "Can do" attitude, and the initiative, positivity and creativity required for continual service improvement.
