Marketing Coordinator (Onboarding)

As the Marketing Coordinator (Onboarding) you'll be responsible for providing a 5-star marketing onboarding experience to brokers who are joining LMG or changing service plans to the LMG Partner or Loan Market service plan. You'll achieve this through implementing their digital marketing set up, having strong communication throughout the process, collaborating with marketing specialists to implement solutions and ensuring the broker understands and is engaged with the marketing inclusions in their chosen service plan.

Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing Coordinator (Onboarding), you'll be responsible for making sure all businesses have a strong marketing set up from day one. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Being the primary marketing contact for any businesses who join our Partner or Loan Market service plans
  • Building SEO optimised websites for Loan Market branded and own-branded businesses
  • Creating optimised Google Business Profile listings for new Loan Market businesses
  • Ensuring systems are up to date with correct marketing information (logo, colours, bios, photos etc.) in line with go-live
  • Onboarding brokers on their marketing subscriptions (and add-on services) with the support of specialist teams
  • Conducting online webinars and training sessions to coach brokers on how to use our marketing solutions and leverage the marketing inclusions in their chosen service plan
  • Keeping process maps and task management systems up to date in line with process improvements

In this role, you'll collaborate with the broader marketing team, agreements team, onboarding team and recruitment team.

  • Achieve an onboarding NPS 9 or above
  • Deliver an accurate and timely onboarding for all new businesses
  • Drive strong broker engagement - attendance to marketing onboarding sessions, add-on subscription take up during onboarding etc.

Experience in the mortgage industry is not essential but will put you ahead of the pack.

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in digital marketing.
  • Local SEO knowledge
  • Social Media knowledge
  • Email Marketing knowledge
  • A passion for emerging marketing trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail

If you need detailed direction, hand-holding, are risk-averse, can't juggle multiple projects, aren't uncomfortable calling and engaging with advisers, find it hard communicating with senior stakeholders and panic with shifting priorities, this is not the role for you.
