Test Equipment Engineering is looking to hire a Test Equipment Engineering Outsourcing Strategy Lead for programs based in Tucson, AZ.
The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) team Hardware Discipline Directorate is a multi-discipline organization responsible for developing advanced windows application solutions for all Raytheon products. We are hands-on, designers using the latest technology and tools, and integrating state-of-the-art test solutions with the most advanced engineering systems in the world. TEE products are in engineering labs, in the field, and in production environments utilized for weapon system products. TEE supports job opportunities across all phases of the engineering lifecycle, including demonstrations, early engineering tests, design verification tests, production, and post-production sustainment.
The TE Outsourcing Strategy Lead role is strategic in supporting key activities within a Munitions Acceleration program's lifecycle, such as pursuit, development, execution, and sustainment of third-party vendors supplied Test Equipment solutions. The primary responsibility of the role is to direct and manage the activities between RTX and Subcontractors/Suppliers obtaining optimum product/services in terms of costs, quality, and delivery, in accordance with approved business/subcontracting plans, while ensuring compliance with Company/Government policies and procedures.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
