In this role, you will perform and oversee advanced static, stability, and dynamic lifting analyses for critical ground support equipment (GSE) and assembly systems. You will be responsible for making high-level technical decisions regarding complex load paths, material selection, and structural optimizations to protect high-value aerospace hardware.
As a technical lead, the Senior Engineer provides mentorship to junior staff and serves as a subject matter expert in industry safety standards (such as ASME or OSHA) and internal tooling protocols. You will drive process improvements, standardize documentation practices, and collaborate closely with design and manufacturing teams to resolve intricate technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
