The Collins Aerospace Mission Systems Strategic Communications Solutions (SCS) engineering team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Level Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the design, integration, and installation of large subsystem equipment (such as racks and larger, more unique items) and associated cables/support equipment on to customer airborne platforms. This individual should be knowledgeable in the analyses (weight & balance, structural, aerodynamics, etc.) required at a platform level and preferably have hands-on experience with the integration and installation of equipment onto customer platforms. The selected candidate will work closely with Systems, Software, Qualification, Manufacturing, and Installation engineering to ensure requirements are met during all phases of a product's lifecycle.
