Program Support Specialist

Raytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking a Program Support Specialist to support programs within the Global ISR Sensors & Software business unit. The Program Support Specialist will assist Program Managers in development and production efforts for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. This position will be located ONSITE at our Westford, MA facility.

What You Will Do:

  • Support Program Managers in coordinating daily program activities and ensuring alignment with project goals and deliverables
  • Track and coordinate program action items, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion
  • Support coordination of risk and opportunity (R&O) management activities
  • Develop cost proposals, including gathering inputs, preparing documentation and basis of estimates (BOEs), and reviewing for accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare and maintain program documentation such as meeting minutes, action item trackers, and program plans
  • Coordinate logistics for program reviews, team meetings, and customer events with internal administrative team and external stakeholders
  • Regularly interface with internal partners across the Raytheon business and external suppliers/customers at both domestic and international locations
  • Expect to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience in project management, business administration, engineering or a similar discipline and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to work cooperatively across multiple levels of the organization from program leadership teams to functional experts.
  • Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
