Specialist For Occupational Health And Environment

Department Hrp And Environment in the manufacturing plant is responsible for ensuring safe and hygienic working conditions and compliance with legal regulations. Its task is also to monitor the impact of production processes on the environment and implement measures minimizing their negative effects.

The person employed in the position of Specialist For Occupational Health And Environment will be responsible for controlling working conditions, training employees, and implementing safety procedures.

What challenges await you in your new position?

• Implementing the Plant Policy in the field of Occupational Health And Environment, Fire Protection
• Supervising compliance with Occupational Health And Environment requirements in existing and newly introduced processes
• Reviewing projects from the point of view of Occupational Health And Environment requirements
• Reporting to external institutions and preparing, updating, and disseminating corporately required legal acts concerning Occupational Health And Environment
• Developing and reviewing internal regulations, procedures, and instructions
• Cooperation with individual departments of the enterprise in the implementation of Occupational Health And Environment tasks and objectives
• Managing internal audits
• Conducting activities for continuous improvement of the Occupational Health And Environment Management System

What is important to us?

• Higher managerial or postgraduate education in the field of occupational health and safety and environmental protection
• Min. 4 years of experience in a position related to Occupational Health And Environment
• Very good knowledge of Occupational Health And Environment regulations related to the machine industry and special processes
• Ability to plan, conduct analyses, and formulate conclusions
• Good knowledge of English, spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
