What You Will Do

Offers support for Environment Safety & Health professionals. Includes specific technical skills to support environmental, health and safety programs, policies and leaders. Performs administrative tasks in order to increase the efficiency of the EH&S department and leaders. Monitors EH&S department systems and offices for day-to-day operational issues. Maintains proper documentation to achieve and maintain compliance and prepares for investigations.

• Maintain and develop functional SharePoint pages.
• Verify and ensure accurate Safety Data Sheet (SDS) information within the assigned system.
• Support the Action Plan and Event Management modules within the designated EH&S digital application.
• Assist in building dashboards and reports using the assigned EH&S digital tools.
• Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to users of EH&S applications.
• Participate in meetings, teleconferences, and required training activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using quality tools and support AS9100 efforts.
• Perform additional duties as required based on business needs.
• English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.
• Travel 10%.

Qualifications You Must Have

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training)
• 4 years of experience

Qualifications We Prefer

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Technical certification in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science
