• Act as the primary liaison with airworthiness authorities and external bodies on all matters related to the company's Quality Management System (QMS).\n• Interface with regulatory authorities and customers on approvals, compliance, and quality-related matters.\n• Review and update regulatory requirements, company policies, exposition documents, procedures, scope of work, and capability lists.\n• Monitor process performance, analyze quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\n• Investigate supplier quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (including mistake-proofing).\n• Evaluate and approve subcontractors, external specialist services, and suppliers for compliance with quality standards.\n• Conduct quality training programs, including induction and continuation training.\n• Implement and manage quality audit systems to ensure compliance of work activities with regulatory and internal standards.\n• Perform system, product, and process audits to ensure adherence to regulatory and company requirements.\n• Report on QMS performance to management and recommend improvements.\n• Lead and guide QA personnel to ensure effective daily operations and adherence to quality processes.\n• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager.
• Degree in a relevant discipline, or Diploma with at least 5 years of Quality Assurance experience or equivalent.\n• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the aviation industry.\n• Strong knowledge of airworthiness regulations (e.g., FAR 145, SAR 145, EASA 145, CCAR 145).\n• Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies.\n• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• ISO9001 / AS9100 / AS9110 Internal or Lead Auditor certification.\n• Additional certifications such as Six Sigma or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).\n• High level of computer literacy and data analysis capability.\n• Highly motivated, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.\n• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
