This role is onsite, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

This role offers a blend of independent initiative and teamwork, collaborating closely with manufacturing engineers, production personnel, management, and support organizations. What You Will Do

  • Provide technical interpretations of drawings and specifications and analyze and resolve design tolerance problems
  • Provide information to evaluate, select, and order capital test equipment and complete cost/payback analysis
  • Develop, implement, and maintain test methods and processes in the manufacture and test of sub-assembly, module, and top level product for established product line
  • Eliminate/reduce test defects and improve test yields for routine issues of various levels of scope
  • Provide information to evaluate Customer Returned Good (CRG) activity to identify potential failure trends
  • Perform room cause analysis and take corrective action to resolve test failures

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
