Interiors Final Assembly Line Support Team Leader

Our Interiors Final Assembly Line (FAL) Support Team serves as the first point of contact for technical challenges related to Collins Aerospace interior products installed at the Boeing FAL. This team provides direct, onsite support for a wide range of interior components, including Seating, Galleys, CAS, Lavatories, GAINS, Oxygen Systems, Cargo Loading, and Lighting, with a primary focus on seating. The support starts with receiving of the product and continues through installation, various Boeing and Airline inspections, until delivery of the aircraft.

The scope of this role is dynamic and time-sensitive, ranging from resolving production, quality, and design issues to addressing customer inquiries and complaints. The team collaborates closely with cross-functional global teams across the Philippines, UK, Ireland, US, and Germany, as well as corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Global Trade, EHS, and Legal. They also work with Interiors production sites (primarily aircraft seating), key Boeing stakeholders—including Heads of Production and Purchasing Managers—airline customers, subcontractors, and third-party service providers.
