The Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Lead is part of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) organization. It is responsible for providing deep analytical, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to facilitate decision-making with key stakeholders. The S&OP Lead must deliver a unified integrated demand plan that supports Long-Range Planning (LRP) to the organizational stakeholders across finance, factory operations, program operations, and supply chain to facilitate strategic and tactical decisions.
The S&OP Lead's assessments and subsequent executive decisions impact customer satisfaction, financial performance, and risk mitigation on the LRP. The S&OP process provides visibility across a long-term planning horizon to ensure forecasts are sufficient to align labor, equipment, facilities, material, and financial investments required to achieve business goals.
This role will support one of four Strategic Business Unit (SBU), ensuring that demand, supply, capacity, and financial objectives align to meet future business goals. This includes providing risk assessments, scenario analysis, and data-driven recommendations to enable executive decision-making.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
