The Surveillance Manufacturing Engineering organization drives business success by providing a variety of critical engineering services across all Raytheon product lines and functions. We are a team of innovators, creators and strategists drawing inspiration from each other every day.
The Material Processing Manufacturing Engineering Department centers on development and production support assembly methods, materials, and processes for current and next generation microwave and mmWave products, with a very heavy emphasis on cutting-edge automation and materials. You will work closely with manufacturing engineers, product engineers, quality engineers, reliability engineers, tooling engineers, industrial engineers, and operations leaders on product manufacturing. Team responsibilities include developing and implementing materials and processes, process improvements, and production support using established statistical process control techniques, experimental designs, material analysis, mechanical design analysis, and root cause analysis. Evaluation of materials, equipment, and processes (including qualification, acceptance testing, and specification development) will be required including interfacing with key internal and external suppliers to resolve technical issues.

The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
