The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Directorate is the central focus for Mission Systems Integration activities within Raytheon, responsible for defining customer needs, functional and product architecture, requirements definition and decomposition, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), system performance, and System Security Engineering (SSE).
Integrated Systems is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer with Radio Frequency (RF) and Internet Protocol (IP) Network experience and the leadership skills to drive the design and development of world-class Air and Missile Defense communication systems. This Principal Systems Engineer will be directly responsible for leading a large multi-discipline team in designing, implementing and maintaining various RF Systems and Network Infrastructures within the Patriot System. This position requires leading a team of multi-discipline engineers, providing technical and execution oversight, and managing multiple programs across the Patriot portfolio. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Raytheon considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
