 
                                                
                                            Raytheon's SI&T Long Range Radars Department within the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities Directorate is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer, primarily in Woburn MA, who will support the management and coordination of the technical execution as well as removing impediments for multiple teams covering Systems Engineering, Software Engineering and Integration and Test for the applicable scope for the Deployment Agile Release Train (ART). This ART, reports to the Chief Release Train Engineer, is responsible for system-level software and hardware integration, regression, and verification in the lab; buildup of strings in the lab; formal release of software; tactical configuration deployment; Subject Matter Expert SME support to deployed radars during upgrades or for key issues. The successful candidate will be expected to build the team's abilities and be able to work with both internal and external customers. They will also be owning continuous improvement, metric roll-up, and JIRA validation for the Deployment ART.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
