Raytheon Vision System is hiring a Manufacturing/Operations Supervisor. The supervisor will lead and manage a team of non-exempt employees in the area of Focal Plane and Thin Films processing. Main responsibility is day to day supervision of operators including writing and delivering performance reviews for direct reports. Will also be responsible for factory scheduling, workflow management and reporting on standard factory health metrics including throughput, cycle time and yield.

What You Will Do:

  • Interaction with multiple other groups within RVS.
  • Responsible for compliance and management of the clean room including safety and audit preparedness.
  • Handling statistical process control (SPC).
  • Working with WIP tracking systems and reports.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and 3 years of experience.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Supervisory experience preferably in a semiconductor environment.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor processing equipment, methods, and processes.
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Knowledge of basic engineering principles, theories, and concepts.
  • Excellent computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

The salary range for this role is 90,000 USD - 182,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
