Manager HR (HR Business Partner)

This role is responsible for managing employee life-cycle activities, ensuring compliance, supporting business teams, and delivering a consistent and positive employee experience.

Job responsibilities:

  • Maintaining discipline on the shopfloor to prevent potential labour unrest viz, strikes, lockouts, etc.
  • Negotiating Service Conditions for the Long-Term settlement
  • Ensuring that agreed-upon norms and standing orders are adhered to
  • Liaising with Govt officials related to Labor Laws
  • Ensuring appropriate Compliances are filed as per Government mandate
  • Coaching business leaders on overall understanding of labor compliance and changes and execute these from business perspective
  • Governance on prevention & Settlement of Industrial Disputes
  • Design mechanism for dispute resolution
  • Define rights, duties & Obligations of employees and Employer
  • Promotion of Social Justice

Qualifications:

  • MSW with 10 + years of experience in day to day HR execution of the organization.
