What You Will Do

• Fully understand the operation and safety of the coating equipment before operating
• Ensure the coating operation meets the standards provided for the operation (No coating will be produced without proper documentation and quality requirements understood)
• Make all required process paperwork entries for the coating operation at the proper time and sequence
• Involvement in CORE continuous improvement initiatives – utilize CORE tools
• Help maintain world class safety culture and respond to all EH&S requirements promptly
• Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the Management Team

Qualifications You Must Have

• HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

• Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, squat, climb and twist hands
• Ability to work in a confined space
• Ability to follow instructions
• Computer skills
• Good attendance: Reliable, punctual, and flexible, available for OT
• Mechanical abilities a plus
• Quality excellence and strong work ethic
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Quick learner, self-starter

The salary range for this role is $20.36 - $38.19 an hour; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
