Internship dates: January 6th to April 24, 2026

The position is based at our Mississauga or Longueuil location; internship from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

Our expectations:

Support the development of new Product Integrity tools and databases and the deployment of process improvements to support the Chief Engineer Office in Engine Design Reviews, Design Assurance, Escape management, Product safety, Airworthiness and Certification with TCCA/FAA/EASA.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Development of new tools and databases for collecting systemic design issues and lessons learned across the various engineering disciplines & engine models based on design escape investigation findings, engine development discrepancies, in-service engine experience and engine certification compliance reviews.
  • Improvement to the Design and Analytical Best Practices process.
  • Implementation of Safety Critical Part management process in new and derivative engine programs.
  • Coordination of Design escape closure across all P&WC products (turboprop, turbofan, turboshaft, and APU)
  • Coordination of Design Assurance audit corrective actions closure.
  • Development of the Product Integrity SharePoint site.

What do you need to be successful:

  • Be eligible to work in Canada
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable
  • Pursuing a degree in either Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken/written). French is an asset

Assets:

  • Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities
  • Project management skills
