Intern for the Survivability Discipline Group - Project Engineer who supports a variety of basic activities in the discipline. Manage small capital projects, develop scope documents, lead process improvement initiatives, and lead environmental health & safety (EH&S) change initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Assist in the management and execution of various capital projects
- Cradle to grave execution of EH&S management of change (MOC) initiatives
- Manage the receipt of purchase requisition (PR) requests and support PR submissions in procurement tools
- Estimate, track, and report project costs and schedules

Qualifications You Must Have
- Enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Safety, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.0
Preferred Qualifications:
- OSHA Certifications (30-hour General Industry)
- Experience producing technical documents
- Experience collaborating with a team to develop innovative ideas
- Experience communicating clear and effective messages to a broad audience
- Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams
- Experience developing specifications, scope of work documents, and financial justifications
