What You Will Do

  • Participate in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budget.
  • Monitor progress, identifies and resolves obstacles to minimize disruption to project schedules and ensure smooth project operations.
  • Gathers data to monitor project progress in terms of cost, schedule, and technical specification to facilitate operations and ensure that established objectives and budgets are achieved.
  • Maintains plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the project(s) to track progress and ensure established targets are met.
  • Responsible for project assignments with various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
  • English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0

Hot Section Engineering is responsible for the design, development, technology maturation and in service support of all diffuser cases, combustors, turbines (vanes, blades, rotors and cases), augmenters (military), nozzles and associated fuel systems for all military, commercial and industrial engine models and radial auxiliary power units.

Technical disciplines in HSE include Project Engineering, Mechanical Design, Structural Analysis, Durability and Product Definition.

This position is classified as hybrid. Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
