We are seeking an Integrated Support Lead (ILSL) to work onsite in Richardson, TX. This position requires an active US DoD Secret security clearance.

The Integrated Logistics Support Lead is responsible for managing and directing the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) tasks on the program. The responsibilities include providing product support program related status, providing logistics inputs to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), overseeing the conduct of required product support analyses, and providing support to leadership meetings.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and direct the Program Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) tasks
  • Coordinating procurement Bills of Material with Chief Engineers and Government
  • Coordinating with procurement companies to track/report incoming materials with Production Team(s)
  • Provide product support program related status
  • Provide logistics inputs to the IMS
  • Oversee the conduct of required product support analyses
  • Provide support to required Leadership and Government meetings
  • Participate as a member of the Integrated Logistics Support Management Team (ILSMT) and support quarterly meetings
  • Ensure the development and implementation of a Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) that integrates product support analysis, identifies management responsibilities, and outlines the approach toward accomplishing the Integrated Product Support Element activities to meet program requirements
  • Tailor and oversee the Product Support Analysis (PSA) tasks as necessary to derive and document the data and create artifacts necessary for DIPN products
  • Ensure the program updates/uses a Government approved digital system that can process, store, and retrieve Logistics Management Information (LMI)/Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) data for the capabilities specific to member products
  • Ensure the program develops, updates, executes, and delivers a Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Plan for DIPN member products
  • Ensure the program establishes and maintains an IUID marking program
  • Ensure the program implements and maintains preservation and packing methods and procedures

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Successful track record of interfacing with internal customers, other functional support staff, and suppliers
  • Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS
  • Working knowledge of Integrated Product Support elements
  • Experience developing Logistic CDRLs
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
