Raytheon is seeking an Industrial Engineer Section Manager to support factories within the Effectors portfolio by maximizing throughput, improving efficiency, and delivering increasing value to our customers. Industrial Engineers apply a wide range of methods including labor performance analysis, value stream mapping, line balancing, capacity and manpower planning, factory layout and simulation, strategic planning, project management, and continuous improvement. As a Section Manager, you will lead and develop a team of industrial engineers supporting multiple customers and manufacturing sites.
This role supports multiple Raytheon programs and factories located in Farmington, NM and Tucson, AZ, with Tucson serving as the primary onsite location. Travel of up to 20% is required to support factories outside Arizona. This position requires strong leadership, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with expertise in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment. The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
