Electrical Engineer I

Collins Aerospace's industry-leading cockpit displays provide the enhanced situational awareness required to drive success in both military and commercial aviation. Avionics Test Engineering has an opportunity for an Electrical Engineer I to design innovative hardware and software test solutions for an array of Collins Aerospace Display products.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop test software and hardware for automated tests for Display products.
  • Program C# and utilize NI Test Stand on multi-rack test stations.
  • Become familiar with switch systems, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, DMM's, power supplies and other digital related equipment.
  • Develop and support of Environmental Stress Screening (thermal and vibration) test equipment and software suites.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.
