As the Associate Director, MRO Engineering Overhaul Support Services, you will lead a team of technicians, engineers and DAAs responsible for technical support related to assembly, disassembly and test as well as providing dispositions for related request for engineering inquiries (EI/RFE). The team is also responsible to support new Designated Overhaul Facilities (DOF) as they establish their new P&WC capabilities (facility survey, overhaul level training) and to perform product audits to ensure they are following our technical instructions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including MRO operations, Designated Overhaul Facilities (DOF), Customer Programs, engineering, quality and regulatory/compliance teams to ensure that provided technical support and EI/RFE dispositions meet OEM technical, regulatory, and customer requirements.
This role is critical in supporting the engine fleet sustainment and lifecycle cost optimization objectives of the business. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Saint-Hubert, and performed exclusively on-site.

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
