The Digital Engine Services (DES) provides end to end solutions to improve aircraft engine reliability while reducing operating costs.

You will be expected to support experienced engineers:

• In writing Python algorithms that monitor critical flight parameters automatically, alert for anomalies, and provide visibility to events or exceedances.
• Helping in establishing and managing cloud-based/on-prem pipelines for data processing, storing, analyzing and publishing KPI metrics.
• Implementing machine learning for deriving meaningful insights using the flight data, helping in troubleshooting the field issues and mission metric KPI's.

Required qualification and skills:

• Bachelor/Master of Science in Computers or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong computer programming skills using the languages Python, R, C++, and/or C# (SSIS)
• Knowledge of advanced mathematics including statistics and basic reliability
• Familiar with data visualization techniques using (i.e., Matplotlib, HighCharts and/or PowerBI)
• Familiar with AWS, SQL and DataBricks related services with knowledge in ML applications
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel
• Good oral and written communication skills

Beneficial Skills:

Knowledge of thermodynamics and turbo machinery is an added advantage
