Principal Specialist in Customer Data Management
Connected Aviation is transforming the future of flight—starting from within. We're streamlining and automating internal workflows and customer support systems using ServiceNow, and we're looking for a Principal Specialist in Customer Data Management to be at the heart of this transformation.

What You Will Do
- Be the go-to expert for customer and business data within our ServiceNow platform, you'll play a critical role in driving data quality, governance, and training across the organization
Your impact will include:
- Owning and maintaining clean, accurate business data in ServiceNow
- Developing and implementing governance processes to ensure long-term data quality
- Collaborating with teams to standardize data processes and best practices
- Designing and delivering user training for reporting and data use within ServiceNow
- Validating data in UAT and production environments
- Supporting the creation and review of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases
- Onboarding & Supporting ServiceNow users as Subject Matter Expert
What You Will Learn
- In this role, you'll gain deep insight into our Connected Aviation products and services, while developing hands-on expertise with ServiceNow administration, data management, and digital transformation best practices.
- You'll become a key voice in how data drives decisions across the business.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Prior experience with data analysis and/or data reporting
Qualifications We Prefer
- Prior ServiceNow experience, including system administrator
- Prior experience working with a digital technology workflow system, ie. Salesforce, SAP, etc.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with proven ability to identify and raise issues proactively
