We are seeking a Contracts & Customer Service Specialist to serve as the primary interface for a portfolio of customers. This is a strategic, fast-paced, and customer-facing role with full ownership of contract execution from induction through delivery and closure. Acting as both a trusted advisor and a subject-matter expert, you will manage complex agreements, ensure financial alignment, and drive compliance across all stages of the repair order lifecycle.

This role goes beyond daily execution by providing strategic oversight, risk identification, and process leadership. You will partner closely across multiple functions to ensure compliance, financial accountability, and overall customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary contract lead for a large, complex, and high-value customer portfolio with direct accountability for contract execution, issue resolution, program performance, and all financial matters.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts, including unit induction, quoting, order execution, deliveries, and closure.
  • Independently resolve escalated customer and internal issues, proactively identifying risks before they impact financial or operational performance.
  • Lead financial oversight for assigned accounts, including pricing alignment, receivables, progress payments, and collections.
  • Partner with internal teams (Program Management, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Trade Compliance) to ensure contractual obligations are fully understood and executed.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on contract terms and compliance, identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and driving process improvements.
  • Support leadership through reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Escalate risks, compliance concerns, and performance issues appropriately, while developing and supporting mitigation plans.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Working experience in contracts and customer management background.
  • Customer facing experience while managing multiple complex and high-volume portfolios.
  • Experience with SAP contract management or order processing modules.
  • Experience with financial concepts, including quoting, pricing strategies, and A/R resolution.
  • Prior experience in the aerospace or similar highly-regulated industry.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
